Great quality, beautiful color, and very functional
I’m really impressed with the Ceramic Olive Oil Dispenser. The quality feels excellent solid, well-made ceramic that doesn’t feel cheap at all. The color is beautiful and looks great on my kitchen counter, very clean and modern. The wide mouth design makes it super easy to fill without making a mess, which I really appreciate. The 22oz capacity is perfect large enough that I don’t have to refill it constantly. The spout works exactly as advertised: smooth pour, spill-free, and very controlled. The bottle fits comfortably in the hand, and the ceramic has a nice smooth, almost soft feel to it not slippery, just pleasant to hold. Overall, the design is thoughtful, stylish, and highly functional.Highly recommend this dispenser if you want something that looks good, works well, and feels high quality.

Stylish Olive Oil Dispenser With Good Pour Control but Some Dripping
The media could not be loaded.
For easy pour control and a stylish way to store your oil, this dispenser bottle is a solid option. This dispenser easily holds a full standard bottle of olive oil. If the olive oil you buy doesn’t come with a good spout, this bottle helps ensure more accurate pouring with better control. The metal spout allows you to start with a small pour and gradually increase the flow as needed. That said, the spout does not include drip protection, so some oil will inevitably drip back onto the top after pouring. While the wide mouth helps prevent oil from running down the sides of the bottle, you’ll still need to wipe the spout area regularly between uses.Currently priced at around $22, this dispenser bottle is fairly priced compared to similar options on Amazon. The ceramic design is especially well-suited for olive oil, as it blocks light and helps preserve the oil’s quality. However, if you’re simply looking for a generic oil dispenser with better drip control, there are alternatives that may suit you better. Based on price and design, I still recommend this product.Overall, this is a good choice for anyone specifically looking for a dedicated olive oil dispenser that looks nice on the counter.

Nice, classy design and works great!
This oil decanter is very nice. I’m always struggling to find my olive oil so I got this to keep it in and on the counter for ease. This is so nicely made and simply styled so it works great with probably any kitchen. It pours nicely and will be so helpful to have handy.

Aesthetic kitchen dream come true at great price
If you love a no brand kitchen aesthetic, this oil bottle will help you achieve your dreams!Or, of you’re a member of a big warehouse and buy your oil in bulk, look no further! This bottle graciously holds 20oz meaning you won’t be refilling often, but it’s not so heavy that it becomes difficult to apply your EVOO to the pan. It’s as tall as my 25oz bottle of oil, so it will have the same foot print on the counter but without the label. I love that it reduces visual clutter without having to hide the oil in the cupboard. The bottle comes with two lids so you can choose your favorite functionality. Either fully sealed with the small cork, or my preference, the pour spout. If you cook like our family, you’ll have no trouble using up all the oil before it goes rancid, making this a great gift for the home cook. The oil flows freely, and the little cover on the pour spout keeps dust from getting into the bottle. The thin neck and large flange make one handed pouring comfortable and easy. The darker glaze as the bottom is meant to mimic raw ceramic, and gives a nice touch and elevates the look while still sealing the ceramic and ensuring it’s easy to clean.
★★★★★
Clean look and easy controlled pour
This is a simple, easy-to-use oil bottle for both serving and cooking. It looks really clean and nice, even when it’s left out on the counter or put on the table. The ceramic feels smooth and it was easy to wash at first, but I do worry about keeping it clean long term because the lip is pretty deep. I feel like that area might be harder to scrub later on.It comes with two cap options. I didn’t really find the cork stopper that useful, but the stainless spout works really well. It’s easy to control the amount since the oil comes out in a smooth stream, not splashy or random. I also like that the cap on the spout glides open smoothly when you tilt the bottle.Overall, I really like the design, the larger capacity, and how easy it is to pour without making a mess.
★★★☆☆
Looks great but spout won’t stay in place.
The media could not be loaded.
I was so excited about this dispenser at first. It looks great and the wide mouth makes it very easy to fill. It fit a 17 oz bottle of avocado oil with room to spare, which I really liked. The spout initially fit nicely and poured the oil pretty well.Unfortunately, after just one use, the spout started popping out and would not stay in place at all. I tried drying it and reinserting it, but the problem continued. Because of that, it’s basically unusable right now. I’m not sure if I received a defective one, but it was disappointing given how nice it looked and how promising it was at first.

Love this oil dispenser!!
I absolutely love my Ceramic Olive Oil Dispenser Bottle! From the moment I unboxed it, I was smitten with its elegant, modern design—the creamy white ceramic body with that subtle textured base and sleek curves looks so chic on my kitchen counter. It’s like a little piece of art that elevates my cooking space, and the 22oz capacity means I don’t have to refill it constantly, even with my frequent pasta nights and salad dressings. What really sets it apart is the thoughtful functionality. The wide mouth makes filling a breeze—no more fumbling with funnels or spilling oil everywhere. And that spill-free spout? Genius! It pours smoothly and precisely every single time, with no annoying drips running down the side. I can drizzle just the right amount over my veggies or bread without wasting a drop. The metal pourer with its flip-top feels sturdy and professional, like something from a high-end restaurant.Being ceramic, it keeps my extra virgin olive oil protected from light, helping it stay fresh longer, which is a huge plus for flavor. It’s also super easy to clean—just a quick rinse or toss in the dishwasher if needed. I’ve even used it for vinegar and syrups, and it handles everything beautifully.Overall, this dispenser has made my daily cooking routine more enjoyable and mess-free. It’s practical, beautiful, and feels like a small luxury in my home. If you’re tired of clumsy plastic bottles or ugly tins, treat yourself—you won’t regret it! Highly recommend for anyone who loves good design and great olive oil.

No more oil leaking! Holds a lot
Larger than I thought it would be! Holds a lot of oil. The gravity spout is a game changer- you can just pick the bottle up and splash a bit of oil in the pan, turn it back over and set it down. It also comes with a cork if that's more your style. The spout has a rubber stopper base that fits perfectly without a single drop leaking out, excellent functionality. The color is accurate to the product photos (it's very pretty), and the base has a slightly rougher texture (not abrasive to the touch or enough to damage counters at all). The neck of the bottle is the perfect spot for handling. $22 may seem steep for an oil dispenser, but you'll never have to clean oil off your counter (or the side of a bottle) again! For me that makes it worth every penny

A Great addition to my kitchen
I purchased this elegant oil dispenser to replace my old, greasy oil bottle, which I have refilled so many times that the label is falling off. This stylish dispenser really enhances my kitchen's appearance, and I'm proud to set it on my table. It comes with both an attached spout and a supplied cork, both of which are attractive and truly beautiful.
★★★★★
Opaque, non-slip with little flap on tip
This oil dispenser has good flow and a nice little weighted closing flap on top, so oxygen doesn't get in and ruin your olive oil as it sits on top of the stove. It is ceramic with a nice little roughed-up area near the bottom, so it doesn't slip out of your hand when you're pouring. The ceramic material means that no light hits the oil, as well, which is another cause of rancid olive oil. The 22 ounces of size means you can fill-er-up and don't need to constantly refill it.
★★★★☆
Elegant addition to my kitchen
This Ceramic Olive Oil Dispenser Bottle looks so nice in my kitchen, and now I have cooking oil right next to my stove anytime I need it. It was easy to fill, but it was a little messy. Also, the stopper with the spout fell out, and oil went everywhere. However, I found that when I removed the little rubber gasket inside the pour spout and flipped it around, the seal was way better. The overall quality is great, and it's nice and heavy. Overall, while it's not perfect, with a few tweaks it's now a staple in my kitchen.
★★★★★
Stylish, Durable, and Easy to Use!
I really love this ceramic oil dispensing bottle! The 22oz size is perfect for keeping plenty of olive oil or vinegar on hand without constantly refilling. It has a modern, elegant design that looks great on my countertop or dining table. The spout pours precisely and drip-free, which keeps my kitchen tidy, and the wide mouth makes refilling easy and mess-free. I also appreciate the durable ceramic construction—it feels solid in hand and seems built to last. Overall, it’s a high-quality, stylish, and practical addition to any kitchen, and a great value for the money.
★★★★★
Great if you leave your oil out on the counter!
This dispenser looks great on the countertop and feels well made. The box is kind of a giveaway that it’s not high end, so I ended up not giving this as a gift as I had planned. The pour is mostly drip-free and controlled, though there are occasionally very small drips. It hasn’t leaked or made a mess, and it’s comfortable to use while cooking. Overall, it functions well and looks nice enough to leave out. Now will I be diligent enough to keep it filled? We’ll see….
★★★★★
Excellent quality, design, and color.
I love this olive oil dispenser. It matches my dishes beautifully and looks great on my counter or table. I love the nozzle for pouring and measuring, it makes it very easy to get the exact amount needed and drizzles out in a nice even flow.
★★★★★
So cute, easy way to elevate the kitchen
I’m honestly obsessed with this olive oil dispenser. First off, it looks so good on the counter. Gives clean, modern, and kind of fancy without trying too hard. The creamy white ceramic has a nice weight to it and feels way more elevated than a regular bottle. I was worried about losing the ease of pouring from my Graza spout but this spout is just as good.Function-wise, it’s just as good as it looks. The wide opening makes refilling super easy (no funnel, no mess), and the spout is excellent. It pours smoothly and cleanly with zero dripping down the sides, which is huge. I can control exactly how much oil I’m using whether I’m drizzling salads or cooking, and nothing gets wasted. The metal flip-top pourer feels sturdy and almost restaurant-quality. Overall, it’s one of those small upgrades that actually makes cooking more enjoyable. Highly recommend.
★★★☆☆
Cute but not very functional
The bottle is pretty but the spout pops off, it doesn’t stay down. I have to push it down from time to time so it doesn’t fall off when we pour oil. I wish the rubber gasket has grooves or some sort of texture so it doesn’t slide off.
★★★★★
Stylish, Practical, and Perfect for Everyday Use!
I’m really impressed with the TOMO Ceramic Olive Oil Dispenser Bottle. The 22oz capacity is generous, and the wide‑mouth design makes filling it incredibly easy—no funnels, no mess. The ceramic material feels sturdy and high‑quality, and it looks beautiful sitting on my kitchen counter. The spill‑free spout works exactly as promised. It pours smoothly and cleanly without dripping, which is a huge improvement over my old bottle. I also love that the ceramic keeps the oil protected from light, helping it stay fresh longer.Overall, this dispenser is both functional and stylish. It has made cooking so much easier, and I reach for it every day. Highly recommend!
★★★★☆
I like it but it also has a small flaw that will retain the last bit of oil
In general this is a nice ceramic oil dispenser, it has a really nice smooth feel to it, is easy to hold and dispense from, and I love that they stuck the branding on the bottom not on the side. They provided 2 stopper options, a cork which fits well, and a self opening and closing pour spout with a silicone base. I did have a few issues in testing where the pour spout would not stay fully seated and slide back out a bit. Overall I am pretty happy with the dispenser minus one flaw. The flared top, which makes getting oil in easier by the way, is not solid inside. The opening is just a 1/4 inch thick rim with an open cavity behind it where it flares out. The neck is wide enough that the silicone on the spout does not fully seal between the neck and stopper to prevent liquid from entering this area. I tested this by filling the bottle about 1/4, fully seating the pour spout, and emptying the bottle via the spout until it stopped dripping. Once I removed the spout there was still over a tablespoon of water in the bottle. Even getting all of this out took soaking it up with a paper towel because the liquid flows down under the lip formed by the top flaring out. If they had made the neck solid this would not be a problem. Is it a good oil dispenser and will it look nice on my counter? Yes but I also know I will never get all the oil out of it between fillings so I probably won't use it for specialty oils that I want to get every last drop of.
★★★★★
Solid ceramic bottle that works well
This is a really nice olive oil dispenser. The ceramic feels solid and substantial, not cheap or lightweight. It has some weight to it which makes it feel quality. The 22oz capacity is great for olive oil. Holds enough that you're not constantly refilling it. The wide mouth makes pouring oil in easy without needing a funnel. The spout pours smoothly and doesn't drip all over the place. The cream colored ceramic looks clean on the counter. It does what it's supposed to do without any issues. Easy to use, looks good, and the ceramic construction means it should last.
★★★★★
Nice
The ceramic body feels sturdy and helps protect oil from light exposure. The wide mouth makes refilling easy, and the pour spout controls flow without dripping. Capacity is generous for regular cooking use. This balances practicality with a clean countertop aesthetic.
★★★★★
Nice design
The size and quality of this oil dispenser is amazing. First I love the color and design. The neutral tone makes it work with any kitchen style. I love the pouring spout as it makes it smooth and easy for the oil to come out. Its pretty large amd holds a lot which reduces the amount of times you have to refill compared to other kinds.

Nice little upgrade to my oil dispenser
Absolutely beautiful, simple design that is neutral enough to blend with any style of decor! It's a great size so you don't have to keep refilling it. It comes with a cork as well as a spout so it's definitely versatile and ready for however you want to use it. The quality of the bottle is nice and I love the texture on the design! Super easy to use and looks great sitting on the counter.

Love love love this!
I LOVE this olive oil dispenser bottle! It cleans up nicely, fills easily, and pours/drizzles nicely! I don't know why I waited so long to get one of these. The color pretty much goes with many kitchen decor colors and themes. It comes with a cork, as well, but I just used the dispenser nozzle and it has a silicone type plug to help provide a real good seal around the top.The quality is great, ease of use is straightforward, and it's holds a good amount of olive oil. I'm very happy with my purchase!

4.5 stars
I really like the look of this dispenser, I like the more natural look of the clay and the bottom color makes it look more premium. There is some weight to it also making it feel more premium. I like the shape of it as well, looks good sitting on the counter. I also am pleased with the size of the bottle so you don't have to fill it as often. It is a decently wide mouth so if you're careful no need to have to use a funnel, which makes it easy to use and fill. The dispenser comes with a cork as well if you'd like to use it without the nozzle. The nozzle is okay, it's not the most responsive when tipping the dispenser downward. I haven't had issues with leakage so the leak proof has been good for me but if that changes, I'll update my review. I would say the value is around $20. I recommend this.

Durable and decent size
Such a cute oil dispenser! I got this to help decrease the clutter of our different oils on the counter. Super easy to fill and use! Looks great just hanging out on the counter with the other oils. I feel like I need to get more so it’s all uniform now! It holds quite a bit and seems pretty durable. I’ve accidentally clanked it against other bottles and it even as much as a chip in it. I like that it came with a cork stopper as well as the pour spout so you have options. All in all it’s a great product and I have had zero issues with it so far!

Great Olive Oil Dispenser
What a very nice olive oil dispenser. It even comes with a cork if you did not want to put the dispenser on the bottle. When it dispenses the oil it flows very nicely, not too much and not too little. Another great feature is that this is a large dispenser so therefore it holds a lot of olive oil and no need to refill it constantly. This dispenser is very durable and easy to use. What a great value as not only does it dispense the olive oil perfectly it also is a beautiful bottle for display on your counter.

A Kitchen Upgrade You Don’t Realize You Needed Until You Have It
This TOMO ceramic olive oil bottle is one of those quiet little upgrades that makes your kitchen instantly feel more grown-up and organized. The ceramic body has a clean, modern look that fits in with literally any kitchen style—from farmhouse to minimalist to full-on chaos cooking. It looks good sitting on the counter and it keeps the oil fresher than those cheap plastic bottles. The wide-mouth opening is a dream. You can actually refill it without performing a circus act or dripping oil everywhere. The spout pours smoothly and cleanly—no gushing, no weird drips sliding down the side, no greasy fingerprints. It’s controlled, steady, and honestly just makes cooking feel smoother. The 22oz size is perfect. Big enough that you’re not constantly refilling it, but not so oversized that it becomes awkward to handle. It has a nice weight in your hand—solid but not heavy. This is one of those items that quietly improves your everyday life. It looks nice, works beautifully, and keeps things tidy. A functional, classy little staple for any kitchen.

High end ceramic quality, tight seal, nice dispenser valve, looks great on my granite counter
Really like this ceramic olive oil dispenser. Looks great on my counter. At 22oz, the capacity is fantastic, it can hold quite a lot of olive oil. The quality of the ceramic finish is excellent. The body is nice and smooth with a textured base, but has a smooth ring where it contacts the counter/table. The dispenser valve fits into the body with a snug leak free fit, and the opening at the top makes filling the container easy and prevents against accidental spills. They even included a cork stopper for longer term storage and travel. I am very happy with this dispenser, it's a welcome addition to my kitchen. Great value at this price, highly recommend!

Defect found in interior
I love(d) this fermentation crock, it’s lightweight, the design is great for fermenting and it looks nice. I used it for sour pickles, that turned out awesome, then for sauerkraut with purple cabbages, that came out great also. The problem lies in the undetected flaw at the bottom of the crock. I wouldn’t have noticed it until I fermented purple cabbage, and the crack is stained. This wasn’t a cheap purchase and I’m disappointed in the quality. It’s past the 30 day return timeframe, Amazon was no help, I have written to TOMO, hoping for a replacement, or at least to find out if it’s safe to use with a porous surface defect that can harbor bacteria. Waiting for their response….Update 11/10/2025. : TOMO reached out to me and credited my purchase. I do think their product is a great design and easy to use, and comes with everything you need to make some great ferments. I just happened to get one with a flaw. They are hand made, and that can happen, also happens with machine made. Thanks TOMO for your customer care.

Superb and Surprising Quality
Arrived heavily styrofoamed. But even without, I don’t see this thing easily breaking unless you make an effort. Weighted, solid, gorgeous and I just harvested my Gardyn and took all my cabbages, kale, kale lucinato, mustard greens, spinach and tatsoi; put in some juniper berries and peppercorns and coarse gris salt- then added dill and cilantro. It smellls amazing. I’m so impressed with the glazed weights because now I don’t have to be inventive with past failed attempts at keeping the veggies below the brine. I thought a 3L to make pine wine, something I had from the Black Forest of Germany. The 3L is equally incredible. Spend your money on this and trust the purchase. Then, enjoy your food!

Already well loved
Bought for hubby and he is thoroughly enjoying it. He just made his first batch of wine and is finishing off the clarifying steps in jars. This crock holds so much and has a nice wide mouth for filling. It came in flawless and has more than lived up to expectation. For the quality and size, the price really wasn't that bad.

Bigger Than You Think
That cabbage from our garden weighed 6 pounds and by the time it was cut up, salted and packed into the crock, it was just half full. So, in about 6 weeks, we will pack about 6 quarts, water bath 4 of them for stuffed cabbage and keep the other two jars in the fridge for some awesome probiotics. Also, I love having such a lovely crock sitting on my counter.

Fresh and fermented is best
This works perfectly. It takes up little space and it is very efficient in fermenting pickles and peppers. All done fresh with no vinegar or other additives and they are the best I’ve ever ate. When I get done either ransom and vacuum seal them, put them in the fridge or just fill a jar and put that in the fridge with the existing brain.. just like my grandmother taught me when I was a little boy! This method saves all the food value that heat removes in canning. 5 to 7 day process or longer if you want more sour flavor..

Been fermenting for decades - this is my favorite crock
Over the years, I have tried many styles and methods of fermenting. The WATERLOCK SEAL works best. It keeps light and oxygen out so you can ferment without mold forming provided you keep about 2 inces of liquid over the top of the cukes, cabbage, or kimchi. However, the problem with many of the WATERLOCK SEAL crocks is they are too big and heavy making the job difficult, especially when cleaning them after fermentation is done. It strains your back and arms making you want to throw it out instead of clean it. These TOMO crocks solve that problem. They are solidly built but very light weight making them easy to use and clean. I absolutely love these and have gotten rid of all my other crocks. I bought both sizes for smakll and larger batches depending on what I am fermenting. These are a real joy to use. I could not be happier.

Very Good crock
I didn't manage to make good sauerkraut, so I gave it to a friend and he regularly use it and he says it is fantastic. From time to time he gives me sauerkraut he makes and it is very good. The secret - waits at least 5 weeks. Apparently, I didn't wait long enough.
★★★★★
A great crock for sauerkraut
It's big. I shredded 5 cabbages to fill this. The weights are useful. I put a layer of whole leaves between the shreds and the weights, to minimize "floaters".The water seal works well. Don't overfill it, or it will spill into the interior when you put the lid on.Very safe packaging for shipping.Happy with this purchase.I'll try fermented cucumber pickles next

Nice BIG unit ...
This is a BIG unit that will swallow up those cabbages. We went with this unit because the weights are glazed. I am a SourKraut novice, but the thought of using un-glazed porous weights seems wrong (maybe the accumulated bacteria results in tastier product over time?).Our unit arrived boxed with conformal polystyrene and so breakage was not an issue. It was robustly packaged. As I washed it in our kitchen sink, I kept saying to myself "Careful .... Careful .... DO NOT bang it against the sink ...". As a few others have said the unit feels "thin" and it seems like a careless bump on the side of the sink might crack it. Time will tell. The weights are HEAVY and we really like this.

Amazing for sauerkraut
This crock is wonderful. It is very thick and nicely finished/coated. The water trough is substantial and the opening is plenty wide enough to get your hand and stamper in. Don't use the weird stick they send with it, get a small potato masher instead.I filled it with cabbage, I think six in total went in this bad boy and the sauerkraut was delicious, wonderfully crisp and fresh. It did require water in the top every day or two.
★★★★★
Nice medium sized fermentation crock
very well made. Fits easily under the overhead kitchen cabinets and blends in with the other black appliances. I really like the 3liter size for fermenting hot sauce in medium sized batches. At the moment I’ve got pickles fermenting. I do wish the inside water lip was taller, but haven’t had any evidence yet of water back flowing into the ferment.

A real review. I returned a different one.
I got this after I returned another brand that was only a little bit cheaper than this one. Both had good reviews and some negatives. I'm going to try to address some of the things that I read in reviews for this item.I returned the other one after only unpacking the lid. The lid was thinner than I would have expected, but the main problem was that it was badly warped. I didn't even want to see the rest of it so I returned it.I saw one review for that item which mentioned this crock. I wasn't sure if that was a legitimate review, or not, but I'm glad I tried this one.It isn't as thick as traditional American pickling crocks, but it is substantial. I would say it's close to the ideal thickness for a *relatively* small item (traditional American pickling crocks are pretty thick).I bought the 7 l size because people have a tendency to try to overfill things like this if they go too small.I will probably not have more than about 5-6 l of material fermenting at a time, so the problem of getting the weights in and out that some have described shouldn't be an issue. I've done a dry run, and it should just be a matter of leaving sufficient room at the top. If you're using a vessel that's too small, you can't have that luxury. This takes up roughly the same amount of counter space as a gallon jar or jug. It's substantial, but not huge. The first item I ordered had small handles. This one has no handles, but I like it better because of the way it's designed. If you look at the pictures, this design has a taper about 3/4 of the way up from the bottom. I like the way my hands wrap around the point where that taper is. I don't have any problem lifting it, and don't think when it's full it will weigh enough to be a problem. The little handles on the other one, in retrospect, wouldn't have given me much area to grip. That taper, whether it was intended to be for this or not, also looks like it will help me to measure a level I can fill it to and still have room to easily get the weights in and out. With a 7 L crock I can make a good-sized batch of kimchi or sauerkraut for the family without having to pack it all the way to the top.Another concern I have seen about this crock involves cleaning it. It does have a lip that I can see making it different to clean then some other large jars, but not much harder. I happened to already have an inexpensive set of kitchen brushes, including one that is angled in a way that it should reach up under that lip just the way I want. I will certainly want to wash and rinse this carefully, but also to dry it out with a towel. I can't foresee any concerns about getting it clean.

I made some EXCELLENT lacto fermented pickles in this crock from cucumbers from my garden. They are so good, they have that fermented sizzle to it. So healthy and just a lovely and pretty crock. And the amount of pickles I was able to make was fantastic - the crock is spacious!!

Great mid portion size pickling or sourkraut crock
This crock is the perfect size for smaller batches of pickles or a one or two head cabbage sourkraut. The ceramic weights to keep food submerged below brine level is a great touch!

Great quality fermenting container
It was better than l expected. I was looking for a ceramic jar for fermenting rice wine. After endless searching, l came across this container. It is very esthetic as well as functional. It is very sturdy as well as a great quality. I would definitely recommend it for fermenting needs. I love the weights inside as well as the wooden wand. It is very cute on my kitchen counter. It holds much more than l expected. Overall, l am very satosfied.

Just as advertised
Arrived very securely packaged and was just as advertised. The stoneware crock is very lovely, the ceramic weights are substantial, and the wooden tamping tool was not flimsy. Can’t wait to try it out! Nothing better than homemade kimchi! Will try other things as well now that we have a proper fermentation crock.

Definitely have some concerns about this product
Received my Tomo fermentation crock today. First impressions include one positive but two negative reactions. First, I love that it has a wider mouth. My other crock of the same size has a smaller mouth that makes it difficult to get the weights in to hold things below the brine. Now the negatives. The crock itself is made of a rather thin ceramic. Honestly, it feels as if one bad bump or slip and it will break. Not true of my other crocks. Also, it is going to be difficult to handle once filled as it has no handles or other means to securely grip it as my other crock of the same size does. We will see how many seasons it lasts due to these two interrelated concerns.
★★★★★
TOMO and 'kraut
as you can tell from the order date and the delivery date, i have only had my tomo for about two weeks, BUT i will say that the crock is very user-friendly and we talk every day. my first batch of sauerkraut is still "cooking" and will probably not be ready until about 31 may, though i have been tempted to test the product before my three weeks is officially up. the contents almost smell like 'kraut so i think that we are on the right path. if you want to get back to me in a week or so, i should have more relevant news --daniel

Seals good with water on the top around the lid
I make sour kraut and it's delicious. Love the look and quality of the pot. Water seal on top is good.
★★★★☆
Great Crock but beware of the rim......
Had two of these for several seasons now. Works great for making sauerkraut etc. The subtraction of one star is based on the rim which is curved and hollow inside, making it really hard to clean and sterilize. Otherwise it's a great crock.
★★★★★
Fermenting Fun and Stylish
I ordered a second Tomo crock because I had so much success with the first one! Am onto my third batch of sauerkraut with the first one and a new batch of pepper mash for hot sauce with the second one. No issues with mold. The water lock is fabulous - very satisfying to hear little burps every once in awhile. Just keep an eye on the rim to keep it filled so no air gets in. The ceramic itself is of high quality and looks great on my counter as we wait to see what treasures ferment inside!

Perfect Small-Batch Crock
We own a number of fermentation crocks. This one is the perfect size for making small batches of kimchi, sauerkraut and crock pickles (the glass weights work well to keep the cucumbers below the surface of the brine). The water seal lip around the lid is at a good height and doesn't have to be filled as often as some is the other one s we have.
★★★★★
Loved it so much I bought a second one!
I’m happy to share my experience! I bought my first Tomo 7-liter crock in January, and made my first batch of homemade sauerkraut. It was delicious and amazingly easy. Then I started wondering about moving on to kosher dills and other fermented foods. The crock was so well made and frankly, so beautiful on the counter, that I decided to order a second one so I could do two products at the same time. The pickles will be ready next week and the next batch of sauerkraut the week after that. I couldn’t be happier with the quality and great looks of these crocks!

Great Fermentation Pot
Love, love, love this fermentation pot! My husband had been stationed in Korea and was getting nostalgic for kimchi. I said I could learn to make it and bought this pot straightaway after researching different types and sizes of fermentation vessels. This one is attractive and thoughtfully designed. The weights are great for keeping cabbage submerged and the lid design allows the pot to “burp” but does not let air in when water is added inside the rim. Now my husband enjoys the sauerkraut I make him even more than the kimchi!
★★★★★
Kimchi crock

Great crock
Well made with solid ceramic coverage. No rough areas. Weights coated well too. Pretty on my counter top. Did my first taste test of kraut and it is coming along well. I would buy this again and have told my daughter this is the one to purchase.I have now purchased three of these crocks. Too large and one small. They are all filled with different sauerkraut as I write this review. Obviously I would encourage new buyers to consider this product.
★★★★☆
Tamper is a joke
Just received this late yesterday. Haven't used yet, obviously, but reviews indicate very good results. Writing about the wooden tamper, really. It's a straight wooden dowel, about 1 inch in diameter and 11 inches in length. That is a pretty small surface area with which to compact your kraut or whatever you might be pickling. If you don't have another tamper already (I do), you might consider purchasing one with flared ends.
★★★★★
Tomo crock
This is a beautiful crock! I had to return mine because I decided it was too small for my needs, but I wished they would make a 10 liter one! Maybe, in the future they will. If you’re looking for a 1 gallon crock, this is a real beauty!

Just blips away without drama making great stuff
Sometimes when I walk by this beautiful, well-made fermenter, I hear a little blip as carbon dioxide is released from the Kirby cucumber dill pickles I made 7 lbs in mason jars and 7lbs in the fermenter with identical recipes. The jar pickles were more acid- tangy less flavorful, and not evenly pickled throughout while the fermenter pickles were evenly pickled and much tastier. So I assume other things I ferment in the future will be improved from the jar method. Great looks, works great and fair price!

First Time Fermentor
Started a simple slaw ten days ago and opened the lid today; expecting the worse but hoping for the best. The result was perfectly fine.Yes, the water trough creates a recess on the inside which makes pouring out the liquid from the crock after removing the bulk of slaw with tongs somewhat difficult. And cleaning that recess requires attention. But that is fine and I am happy to be able to deal with it because the overall design is beautiful and, in my case, works flawlessly. The weights are glazed and therefor easy to clean.

Easy to use
I made my 1st batch of red cabbage saurkraut a couple weeks ago. It came out perfect & delicious. I Used 2 tablespons of pink salt for 1 head of organic cabbage and left it fermenting in the crock for 7 days. It was perfect for my taste.
★★★★☆
Very nice starter crock
First, what's not perfect: It's true, as other reviews have said, that there is a lip beneath the water seal section, that traps water. Measuring this, it's only 1 tablespoon--easy enough to wipe out. The crevice there is narrow (see video) and conceivably, someone could carelessly leave some vegetable shreds there that could cause problems, BUT it's not hard to run a brush around that rim--problem solved. It's on the thin side and therefore more likely to break if dropped than an old-fashioned stoneware crock an inch thick, but the flip side is that it's much less heavy or likely to break a toe if it does get dropped. Lastly, the tamper is simply a length of 1" dowel, so harder to grip than something with a more comfortable handle. Still, it's nicely finished and smooth, and this way, there's no upside down. :)The great things: the color is a deep near-black, satin but not high gloss, so it's attractive. The handle is easy to grasp and unlikely to slip. It's HUGE, big enough for a couple of heads of cabbage or a bunch of pickles. It sits flat without rocking, and the finish is perfect--no pockmarks or chips, and the lid fits beautifully. Came very well packaged. The weights are glazed, which I like, and easy to slip in and out, but still a bit bigger than the opening, so they don't fall out by accident. It's well made enough that I'm tempted to get the smaller size to use as a jar for dog biscuits.

Great for brewing
We use these for brewing makgeolli and they work great and are easy to clean. I bought me and after the first use bought another. Makgeolli is cooked rice with water, yeast and enzymes that make a delicious fermented drink and it is fun to come in the kitchen and hear the fermented gas bubble through the water seal. A bonus is that they look good sitting on the counter.

Difficult to clean. Looks pretty, not my favorite
The biggest issue is the inside neck being a water trap. The inside lip of the water-stop isn’t flush with the inside of the crock. It makes it difficult to wash or rinse the crock and get all of the fluid out without it getting caught in the inside lip. You have to use a towel to dry this stuck water out. This makes it difficult to sterilize. The fermentation weights are right fit through this 3.5”diameter opening. If you fill the crock more than half way, the weights become impossible to use.The fermentation moat does not hold enough water, and requires constant monitoring not to dry out. The inner wall of the moat is 3/4”and lower than the outer wall which makes it easy to have moat water contaminate your fermentation.
★★★★☆
Better than a Mason jar.
Looks well built. Will use it to ferment cabbage and other vegetables.
★★★☆☆
Worked ok
Idk. Feels like it’s gonna break easy. The water seal didn’t seem to last two weeks. I forgot about it after a few days and it had opened up and got gross. For the price you could buy a 5 gallon glass fermenter it’s see-through it seems like it’s cleaner and stronger.
★★★☆☆
Chipped
Pot is chipped outside and someone painted brown, I am out of town so have no way of exchanging
★★★★☆
Didn't know it comes with a pounder
It's nice jar, the only thing is I was not aware that it comes with a nice pounder.I bought three of these, the first two I just through the box away without noticing the pounder was inside.I found the pounder this time. It's not in the main picture or title. I hope the seller can fix this.
★★★☆☆
Cheap finish, seems OK though.
Received the crock in decent condition, box was banged up and the interior foam busted but the crock was OK - I know this is shipping and not the seller. We washed the crock and looked it over, not bad. Our main ding with it is that the interior white glazing has a lot of spattering from the brown glazing so when you look at it it looks like there's dirt all over the inside. There's not. Not a show stopper but annoying. No instructions or any paperwork at all. You get the crock and weights and that's it. We have a fermenting cookbook on the way. We're pretty sure it'll work and I may update this after we have a successful run. But for now, the finish and lack of any care instructions could have been done better.
★★★☆☆
Good looking crock that has a small design issue
A good looking pot to have on the counter for three weeks while your cabbage is saurkrauting, which came out just fine. However, the space at the top of the crock has an odd lip that can catch some of the cabbage when you pounding and will keep it out of the brine which could allow some mold to grow. It also makes it hard to pour the brine out of the crock. It also makes it a bit difficult to clean compared to some other designs.
★★★★☆
Good crock. Only one thing to note
Good size and well made crock. The only thing you need to watch out for is if you are trying to ferment something small (in my case Tabasco and cayenne peppers) the weights tend to slip off and down to the bottom. I mitigated this by putting the weights in a gallon zip-lock freezer bag and leaving air in it. I then placed it on top of the peppers to hold everything down.
★★★★☆
Kinda perfect.
These crocks are beautiful, but more delicate that American made stone crocks.1st one came with a broken lid.2nd one has the extrusion nub on the bottom down below the floor rim, so it wobbles. I'm being charged for the replacement, so I will make 1 good crock and send back the defective parts. All in all it is a nice product, but delicate.
★★★☆☆
Great Product but have ideas
I commend the company for making a beautiful product. My recommendation if you are willing to live without the airlock (which I kinda feel is not a big focus point because you are going to have everything under your brine, and if there is something that made it above the brine I think I’d want to know about it and rectify rather than not being able to see it because I have to keep it air locked for 3-6 weeks) So today after packing my cabbage in I realized when I got 3/4 full, to put the weights in I had to push down each tip about half way down through the packed cabbage to be able to get the stone through the top. The reason I would prefer not to do this is because my top layer is two large cabbage leaves holding down the shredded cabbage, so having to shove the corner of the weight way down makes the possibility of shifting around the top leaves and letting floaters through. I can get good at anything so I’ll develop ways to do it better (maybe using 2 layers of top leaves) but I think in future purchases I will order a crock with no narrowing lip, just an open top so I can put the weight straight down. I just searched and the product I found was Ohio Stoneware. You purchase the weights separate from the crock, and a lid too if desired. To create an airlock of sorts I will get a heavy duty piece of plastic (maybe a 2-3 gallon ziplock) that will fit over the mouth and rubber band it shut. Then put micro holes with a needle for the CO2 to escape. Then I would wash and reuse it.Only other thing I would have preferred is a wood packed with a larger surface area. It probably will work just as well, but my newbie mind thinks maybe the company could upgrade that in the future.Happy Fermenting no matter what you use and I still say this TOMO crock is great is great and beautiful.

Loving my sauerkraut crock
My first batch of sauerkraut was crispy, and delicious. I love that it has a water seal. It's pretty large. If you want just a small batch to keep in the refrigerator you might go with a wide-mouth mason jar. But if you're going to can a larger batch, this is the way to go!
★★★★☆
Inside rim is hard to clean
The inside rim is recessed on the inside where the lid sits. It is very hard to clean and rinse out because when you dump the water debris gets into this area. Other than that the fermenter works as it should!

TOMO Fermentation Crock 3L
Not bad - first batch on Pickles going now - the opening is tad small ( hard to put the weight stones )but works - sadly 3L fits only 8 large Cucumbers - i think gonna get the larger one too

★★★★★

Spacious Crock Makes Fantastic Pickles
I made some EXCELLENT lacto fermented pickles in this crock from cucumbers from my garden. They are so good, they have that fermented sizzle to it. So healthy and just a lovely and pretty crock. And the amount of pickles I was able to make was fantastic - the crock is spacious!!

I make sour kraut and it's delicious. Love the look and quality of the pot. Water seal on top is good.

Great Crock but beware of the rim......
Had two of these for several seasons now. Works great for making sauerkraut etc. The subtraction of one star is based on the rim which is curved and hollow inside, making it really hard to clean and sterilize. Otherwise it's a great crock.

Tomo crock

Amazing Bread!
I'm not new to baking bread in a cast iron dutch oven. Unfortunately, my old one was really heavy and it wasn't coated in anything. So, use and maintenance was a real drag. I was super excited about this one because it's so much smaller and it has such a beautiful finish on it. Turns out it's a lot lighter, too.I did need to use an oval Baneton bowl in order to get the loaf in this container, but that's not an issue. I was also a little concerned about the lid handle holding up in the heat, but it was just fine and looked the same coming out.But the question that really matters at the end of the day is "How was the bread?" It was fantastic! Crispy outside, chewy inside, and a nice sour tang. You can see in my photo that the bread got a bit more well done than would be optimal, but that doesn't surprise me working with something new like this. In fact, I'm excited cuz I can take my cook time down a little bit when using this. Finally, clean up was a snap. The finish is terrific and wiped out easily. Very little maintenance required. I hope to use this for years to come.

High quality product.
I’m super impressed with this baking pan for bread. With our first attempt at making our own home made bread we tried a simple recipe for a loaf of French bread, and it came out perfect. The pan looks and feels great, very sturdy. It fit our loaf perfectly and was cleaned out with minimal effort. I think for the price this is well worth it for the high quality of the baking pan. I’m very impressed and happy with this.

Cast Iron bread pan
So I’ll start off by saying I was highly disappointed that my cast iron enameled pan was soooo very chipped when it arrived. Pretty sad! Every corner! I should have returned it but it’s not like it’s not useable. Returning takes time I just don’t have right now. It just looks bad.The company should do a better job for what they charge. I’ve made bread and the pan is fine.

Crunch on the Outside, Soft Inside? Yes!
I'm very new to the world of cast iron, but was intrigued by the possibility that I could bake bread at home that would have a crusty outside and tender inside like a bakery. It's true! This bread oven absolutely delivers that, white, whole wheat or gluten free. My bread loaves didn't come out model pretty, but that's just a matter of recipe - I make a very simple bread, and with practice, I'll get better. They tasted great and is already half gone in my home.As with all cast iron, this bread oven (basically a long Dutch oven) has some weight to it, but not too bad. The enamel surface is beautiful, and the lid did keep the bread steaming in a way that just adding a pan of water inside the oven for steam doesn't. I was able to pull out the bread with no effort at all - I just followed the directions to preheat the bread oven first before adding the dough. That being said, since the oven is super hot when you are loading it, beyond a dusting of cornmeal on the bottom, I may try a sheet of parchment or a silicone bread sling to load the loaf so they come out looking nicer and more even.It cleans with a simple brushing off and rinse, dry and then add a coating of oil to keep the oven in good shape. With care, I believe this will last a long time - and works just as well as a certain super fancy enamel cast iron brand, so it's a better value if you're looking to experiment.Since it is a specialty item with one main purpose, I think it would make an excellent gift for super fans of bread making and/or cast iron and makes a lovely statement in any kitchen.

Nice looking loaf pan
Based on another reviewer’s comments, after heating pan and lid in oven, I brushed oil on sides and bottom but it still needed help coming out. This was the perfect size and I can’t wait to try my rye. It’s a great quality. I’m going to try proofing in an oval basket and use a silicon bread sling next time.

Love the quality and large size; I'll be using this a lot!
I am loving my bread pan! Nice, heavy cast iron with a perfect, blemish-free enamel coating. I am happy that it is exactly the size it was listed as... 10x5 inches on the inside for a big loaf. The handles are a large enough size to grab without any fumbling when wearing oven mitts. This is so important and other companies don't think of it. The handles have a texture to them too, to help provide extra grip. The lid goes on easily and fits well too (amazingly on other loaf pans I've used, the lids require too much futzing around to get into place).Added next day: Yup- oiled the pan and baked another 975g loaf. Bread just slid right out. Beautiful crunchy crust!I baked a 975 g loaf in it for the test. I did not oil the pan because it says it is preseasoned. Well, as often is the case with preseasoning, the bread stuck pretty bad. But, I'll oil it up and try again. I don't normally trust preseasoning but I had to give it a try! It's easy to season cast iron though: let the pan get hot in the oven during preheat, oil it up and let the oil soak in. Then bake like usual. I really am happy with this pan and will be using it a lot for baking my weekly bread!

Excellent Quality and a Pleasure to Use
If I were being overly meticulous, I might comment on the dimensions of the baking pan, as they differ from those typically used for Dutch oven bread. This is not a complaint - the measurements are clearly stated in the product description - but merely a point worth noting. The pan itself is excellent: it did not discolor in the oven even at baking temperatures of up to 220 °C (430°F), it cleans easily, and it is not overly heavy. I very much enjoyed using it and would recommend it, with the minor observation mentioned at the beginning.

This Dutch oven is as advertised, but unfortunately it makes a very small loaf that is flat and boxy.My fault for not paying attention to the dimensions.

Great for daily bakers
Purchased this because I got into a sourdough making craze. Perfect for rectangular loaf baking, making the bread easier and slices more consistent than the round loaves. And small enough to store easily when not in use. The enamel exterior often gets baked on spots, but it's pretty easy to clean. I've been using a soft liquid baking powder (Meyers) scrub to clean it. I love the ivory color.

It’s perfect!
Finally an affordable cast iron loaf pan with a lid. Love it, love the size and it makes my sourdough turn out perfect every time, even baking it in my smaller toaster oven so I don’t have to heat up the house with my large oven. So very happy with my purchase.

Our favorite bread pan!
We absolutely love this bread pan! We have it and 2 glass dishes and the bread cooked in this one is our favorite because the crust has a slight crispiness to it that is oh-so delicious! It also sticks the least of all of them and is easy to clean. It's sturdy and not too heavy. It's slightly larger than our other bread pans.

Perfect for baking cornbread!
Absolutely love this cast iron bread pan! It is the perfect size for making bread and it is extremely durable. I love that a top is included with it. I have already made cornbread in it multiple times and it always turns out great. Supposedly you can use this to make sourdough (that is the reason for the top), but I haven't done that yet. Though it has become my go-to pan for cornbread. This will make a great gift idea for the amateur chef in your family!

Wonderful Sourdough Pan
This beautiful white cast iron bread oven is a great addition to my bread baking ovens. It's heavy, but not too heavy that you can't pick it up.I have arthritis, and I was able to pick it up and move it around. I had a knee replacement, so getting to actual baking has taken some time.I'm just now getting back into sour dough since the pandemic, and this is the first rectangle clotche I've ever bought.I have a round one, but when I saw this beautiful white one, I knew I had to try it.The size is perfect for a single loaf.I like my bread crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and this bread delivers. As with most cast iron, clean up is very easy.I'm sure this could be used for other things you would cook in the oven, such as a stew or small roast.I'll leave it for my breads, but a pan that can double itself for other uses is great.I highly recommend this pan.

I simply love this cast iron bread "oven"
100/100HEAT RETENTION . . . . once this thing gets hot . . . it STAYS hot.I have watched my grandmother back in cast iron "bread ovens" all my life (i'm in my 60's). They are an incredible way to bake and once you get the "feel" of using them, I don't believe they can be beat. You CAN use a big dutch oven or other cast iron, but an actual bread pan like this simply can't be topped. It's well made, glazed, and ready to bake after a good cleaning to remove any manufacturing oils, etc. It is a heavy pan, so you can't throw it about like a light sheet steel baking pan. With the "clotche" lid you don't need to add moisture during baking since the lid retains the moisture normally baked off. It's pretty much standard loaf sized but you'll have to actually figure out your own dough adaptations once you get the oven. Same for temps and baking times . . . this will change your baking process, but be patient and it will produce superior results.Ultimately, is it worth the price? Yes
★★★★★
Great dutch oven
Haven't used this to bake bread, but it's a great cast iron dutch oven either way. Can do anything you can in a circular one, but it's definitely better for baking bread (or maybe a casserole? I don't know). Either way, good grab

Excellent Heavy Duty Cast Iron for Sourdough Loaves or Many Other Things!
What a perfect pan to do sourdough sandwich bread in! I love the size and the heat conductivity of cast iron cannot be beat! This is a perfect pan for that, but using it for meatloaves, other breads, sides and smaller casseroles too! the ideas are really endless but for my sourdough loaves it is perfect! Fairly priced and good quality.

Beautiful bread pan
Such a nice, heavy and attractive cast iron bread pan to add to my never ending collection of kitchen and baking things. I've added a picture of the bread pan, but don't laugh at the little finished loaf in there! It was an experiment and didn't turn out too bad tasting. This bread recipe only called for 3 cups of flour so you can see how large of a recipe you could make in there. I sprayed the inside with oil before adding the dough. I'm going to be using it a lot.

Amazing bread!
When I found this, I immediately knew I had to add it to my bread baking toolset! I've been using cast iron dutch ovens for quite a while and regular steel bread loaf pans, but never a cast iron dutch oven shaped for bread loaves! As soon as this arrived, I found a quick bread loaf recipe and got to work. I tried the first bake with the lid on and I was surprised when the bread sprung so much that the imprint of the lid's handle screw was marked in the top! It did that great of a job of letting it rise. And even with that much rising, it was still a relatively dense loaf! I imagine if I take the lid of earlier, it will have a chance to really grow to a full height. This is a wonderful product for any bread lover! I may have to invest in a few more!

Goldilocks! Finally, a bread oven that’s just right!!
So excited to finally get an oval shape for my sourdough. I have a round Dutch oven that was too wide. And a cloche that was too narrow.I didn’t want to spent $80-$200 and even looked at FB marketplace. This was a great price and I was able to save a bit more by getting a “like new” — which was never used.

Perfect for Home Bakers
I’m so happy with this bread dutch oven. The size is perfect for my loaves, and the crust and crumb bake beautifully. I was so pleased with it, that I immediately purchased another one and may even consider purchasing a couple more, lol. It’s much lighter than other dutch ovens and easy to clean. Very nicely crafted and the color matches almost every decor out there.

Amazing sourdough rise
Omg. Get it. My bread finalllllly got the rise and the crust I had been striving for. I’m fairly new to sourdough baking and this oven really helped. It works great. And the price point is way lower than those high end ones that I don’t expect could do much better.

Dutch Oven
I love the elegant design of this cast iron oval oven, and the neutral white color is beautiful. It’s on the smaller side but has a solid weight to it. Sturdy and good quality. I'm a beginner in baking, so the size of this bread oven is perfect for me. It heats evenly, retains heat well, and creates a nice crispy crust. The size is ideal for oval loaves, and the lid traps steam effectively. It’s easy to clean and feels like it will last a long time. Great value.

Perfect for small loaves or a couple buns.
The casting is good, the enamel appears to be applied well and the top cover fits very snug. This is a small cast iron bread oven and works well for us as a couple, making small loaves. It has performed extremely well and the bread has baked thoroughly and evenly. With the high sides on the bottom I believe I could even bake a smaller chicken with it. A great value for the price point. I strongly recommend this bread oven for those who bake small batches.

Small but pretty awesome
Sourdough bakers love this type of Dutch oven to bake bread, because their base is low profile, making it very easy to use, unloading the bread, even when is hot, is super easy; and the material is an excellent conductor of contact and radiant heat. The size is on the small side though, I baked a 505 gram loaf and it fitted with good room, I think I can probably push it up to 600 or 650.Works pretty well, see picture attached of that 505 dough weight loaf I baked, I think is a great value for the buck. Highly recommended.

Lovely Dutch Oven for Small Batches and Everyday Baking
This cast iron Dutch oven is such a charming piece — I love the white enamel finish and how evenly it bakes a medium-sized loaf. The cast iron feels smooth and well-made, and the stainless steel knob on the lid adds a nice sturdy touch. It’s great for smaller bakes like a cozy sourdough loaf or dinner rolls, and it performs beautifully for its size. That said, the Dutch oven is smaller than I expected. The listing mentioned it could handle up to a 2 lb loaf, but it comfortably fits closer to about 1 to 1½ lbs of dough. While the size may not suit those wanting to bake large loaves, it’s still a great quality piece overall — perfect for everyday baking or smaller family batches.
★★★★★
Great for making small loaves!
I was in need of a new Dutch oven, so as soon as I saw this one I ordered it. It was packaged very well and came perfectly intact. Its a bit smaller than I was expecting, but thats fine, I will use it to make small loaves of bread. Its great quality, durable and solid, feels heavy but not as heavy as my last one. The lid fits on tightly and stays put during the cooking process, and its easy to use. So far I've used it once to make my family's favorite cheese bread and it worked great. The bread tasted delicious, super soft and fluffy with an amazing cheesy golden brown crust. Its a breeze to clean by hand and the bread didnt stick at all. I will be buying a bigger Dutch oven to make larger loaves, but this one is great for when you just want to make a small loaf for the family to snack on. Overall I'm happy with it! Nice quality and good price, I would recommend it.

Beautiful design, nice and heavy
Absolutely love everything about this bread oven. Its no enamel on the inside which is a huge win. I love cast iron and its so hard to find good quality Dutch oven or bread oven that arent enamel on the inside. Make it so much harder to clean. Very pretty design. Nice and heavy. But my favorite part is for those that have never baked in one there are instructions on the box on how to pre heat it and use it to make great loaf of bread. I love that.

Good for small loaves.
I make a lot of sourdough and usually do boules, however I decided to get this oval pan to try it out. The cloche is a little smaller than I had expected in height, but it works. I think this is good for a small loa. I love that it is cast iron, it has a nice weight to it. The quality seems very good. You can put parchment on the bottom or some rice to keep the bottom from burning. I like to preheat it in the over prior to putting the bread inside. All in all I find it to be a good value. It works well and I love that it has the lid.

Nice product but the description is inaccurate.
I've been making artisan loaves for the past few years, primarily in my 12" deep cast-iron Dutch oven. I make loaves that are around 3 lbs. This is too much bread for me to eat personally, and the Dutch oven is quite heavy to be lifting in and out of the oven. When I saw this smaller bread oven I thought it might be perfect for a slightly smaller loaf. I was expecting an item that measured 11" x 7" and that would make a 2 lb loaf, as stated in the description. Well, this thing is significantly smaller than advertised. The length is barely over 10" to the outside (excluding handles) and 9-3/4" inside. Width is pretty close to 7" outside and around 6-3/8" inside. I made up a 1/2 batch of my bread dough which fit pretty well into this little thing. The finished loaf filled the pan comfortably and weighed 1 lb 3 oz cooked. I don't think there's any way you're fitting 2 pounds of dough. Measurements and size aside, this is a good quality set. The cast iron surfaces are plenty smooth for baking bread. The enamel looks great. And the knob on top is solid stainless steel. I would probably give this 4 or even 5 stars if the description were accurate because it really is a nice product. Just not the size I was expecting.

Beautiful high quality cast iron dutch oven
This TOMO Cast Iron Oval Dutch Oven has quickly become one of my favorite kitchen items. While I don’t make bread very often, I’ve been using it to make other things, like roasting chicken, and it works wonderfully. The quality feels exceptional, it’s solid, heavy, and definitely built to last. The cast iron material is very durable and it distributes heat evenly. The size (10” x 6.5”) is versatile enough for a multitude of different dishes, and it fits nicely in my oven without taking up too much space. Cleaning it is pretty easy, especially after you have seasoned it, and I’ve had it for a while now and it’s maintained its finish nicely. I also love the color. It looks beautiful on my countertops and on my table. It’s a functional but also decorative piece. It definitely feels high end and it feels like it was made to last a long time.

Small but Lovely
Please note the size before you order! This is a lovely quality enameled cast iron BREAD PAN. Measurements are 10 inches long by 6 ½ inches wide, by 5 inches tall. It IS very small for the price. But the quality is certainly high, and it bakes a beautiful loaf of bread. Like a large bread pan, only much heavier, with a domed lid. I live alone, so I do also use it as a dutch oven. The pan is shallow, two inches deep inside the base, the domed lid is three inches tall. It's small but very heavy, obviously well made cast iron. I have used it about six times so far, and it hasn't chipped. All of my 'cheap' enameled cast iron pieces chipped right away. Not this one, so I guess you get what you pay for. This unit is priced well at the low end of other similar ones.I was shocked when I saw how small it was, but it's actually perfect for cooking two servings in it, one for now, one for later. And that elusive loaf of bread, I wouldn't try to bake more than a generous one pound loaf.My larger dutch ovens of course hold enough for me for a week (have to freeze servings) which is nice too, but those big cast iron pieces are getting way too heavy for me to use. This one, while heavily constructed, is small enough for me to handle easily. The ad claims to have some type of non-stick surface, not detailed in the ad as to what that might be, it just looks like black cast iron inside, with the white enamel outside, so far, nothing sticks, and it's easily washed. Also easy to do the Julia Child Method of Cleaning, wipe with a paper towel, and smear a little oil in it. DONE!I like this one. Wish it came in red! It could be cheaper for the size, but still, a really nice item. FIVE STARS
★★★★★
Large loaf cast iron
It works as intended and heats evenly. The size is larger than I generally use to bake my loaves so these loaves are very large - needs about 900g of dough to make use of the space - where I’m used to and prefer smaller loaves — 650g-ish. It’s cast iron so it’s heavy but not unreasonably. I’ll keep it for the holiday/gift season or for making panini sandwiches (loaf slice is too wide to put in the toaster) but I’ll return to my other pans for general baking.

Great quality for small loaves
Really cute little loaf pan, but little is definitely the operative word. I'm pretty new to bread making so it's possible I did something wrong, but IMO the 2 pound capacity advertised is way too optimistic, you need to use less dough in this or it'll fill every inch of the inside and end up kind of dense. It's good for like 1 to 1.5 lb, half loaves have worked great for me.The quality is great though, the enamel's been durable so far and it's nice heavy cast iron. I've been slowly replacing my kitchenware with higher quality products and this one's a great addition.

Will not bake a 2 lb. loaf
Good quality & sturdy. As another reviewer noted, I was also surprised at the quality for the price. The inside is pre-seasoned cast iron, so should be treated as you would any cast iron cookware. Season it occasionally. I don't think you should be afraid of hand washing this bread oven if necessary. Just be sure to dry thoroughly & re-season before storage or the next use.My one caveat is that it will not bake a 2 lb. loaf. It's too small. My first loaf was just under 2 lb & rose to contact the lid & could go no farther. I would stick to 1 1/2 lb. at most. That's the only reason I only gave it 4 stars. Had loaf size info been accurate, it would have gotten 5. All-in-all, I am pleased with it.

A must-have for gluten free diets!
This cast iron bread oven is a complete must for anyone who loves to make their own bread, but especially for those of us who have “celiac disease.“ This disorder is rarely diagnosed and impairs anyone who cannot have wheat, flour, soy, and many other things that I am still learning about. Once you purchase the right “gluten-free flour“ the possibilities are endless for this cast-iron bread oven. I made artisan bread that was better than any bread I never had. The quality is amazing, and a little bit heavy, but that explains the quality, and why the bread comes out so well.

This is a great cast iron bread oven, far exceeds its price point!
This is a awesome Bread oven, that far exceeds its value.I've seen various bread ovens that cost upwards of hundreds of dollars, so my expectations were not all that high based on how good of a value this is.I was wrong, this is very well made, and very thick and heavy. I've done bread and so far and the cooking and steamy it provides is unsurpassed anything else I've used. The size is perfect for smaller loaves of bread, and it is so easy to clean. This thing gets incredibly hot, while I believe that to be common sense, I've also seen people try to touch it when it came out of the oven. This works so well, and I hope to give it plenty of use!
★★★★★
As good quality of larger more expensive brands without the price.
This was smaller than expected , however, it is the correct size for making bread. the construction of this item is amazing, cast iron that is smooth and perfectly coated in ceramic. Makes it easy to clean, works great for bread making and is very good value for money.
★★★★☆
Great quality, but the lid’s a little short on ambition
This is a solid, well-made bread oven, heavy, even heat, and it makes a crust that sounds like applause when you cut into it. The enamel coating cleans up easy, and the whole thing looks sharp sitting on the counter. My only gripe: the lid could use a little more headroom. It’s fine for small sourdough loaves, but if your dough’s got dreams of rising tall, it’ll hit the ceiling before it hits perfection.Still, it bakes beautifully and does exactly what it’s meant to. Just plan your loaf size accordingly.
★★★★★
High quality albeit a little small
The unit arrived well packaged, secure and undamaged, and not in a wastefully large box. Opening the box, I had the immediate impression that the unit is very attractive, and well crafted. The unit is sturdy, weighs just under 10lbs.The exterior is coated in an enamel (or ceramic?), ivory white, and the interior is black cast iron that has either been polished or has received a coating that makes the surface very non-porous, ideal for non-stick properties. It’s very pretty, both the finish and its physical design. The shape of the lid reminds me of an old claw foot tub; the whole thing feels a little retro. The base has nice wide handles with decorative ridges for a secure grip. One could imagine serving the unit right to the table on holiday occasions, or any time. For performance, I tested baking a loaf of sourdough. The unit preheated without problems. There was no chipping of the enamel, nor any concerning fumes coming off the hot metal during its first use. I did have a little trouble though. The packaging advertises that the unit bakes a 2-3 pound loaf, and I measured my dough to about 2.5 pounds, but the loaf expanded into fully every inch of space inside. I’m glad I didn’t prepare 3lbs of dough. This left my loaf a little more dense than perhaps it would’ve been, had there been space for it to expand. Because the cavity was fully filled, the loaf did also cling a little to the lid, and I had to prod it loose with a wooden spatula. No big deal, but one has to be careful jousting with piping hot metal. One feature I wish would’ve been included is a care and handling guide. There were a few baked-on flecks on the ivory surface, and I wanted to scrub it back to clean, but I was a little unsure of how to properly treat the enamel.VERDICT : Overall, 5 stars, but with a care and cleaning pamphlet, it would be a 5+.[While this was sent to me for review, I take that job seriously. Getting people the wrong product is wasteful, irresponsible and a hassle for everyone. Not everything I review gets high marks]

Nice design
This is a nice cast iron dutch oven that’s specifically used to make bread. I love the cream enamel color and the design because I think that it would look elegant as a display piece above my cabinets or in a glass cabinet because it matches the style of my kitchen. The size of the dutch oven seems small, but it’s a good size for bread. And the weight of the cast iron feels heavy but still manageable to carry from the countertop and to the oven and back, making it easy to use.Overall, I love the color and the design of this dutch oven and I feel that the quality is nice and the baking capacity is perfect for baking bread. I can’t wait to use this during the holidays and cooler weather.

Homemade is the best!
This thing is awesome! It’s super heavy and sturdy, so it feels really well made but on the smaller side. Nice white color. My loaves come out perfect every time — great crust and soft inside. The lid traps steam just right, and it heats really evenly. It’s also surprisingly easy to clean, which is a big plus. Totally worth it if you love baking bread at home!

Beautiful enameled 100% cast iron bread oven that should not be passed up.
The TOMO Cast Iron Oval Bread Oven is a beautifully crafted, small in size, but tough and durable in craftsmanship and quality. I couldn’t have asked for a better bread oven.My favorite thing about this bread oven is that the inside material is 100% cast iron. There is no enameled overlay that just ends up cracking at high temperatures. Since it is 100% cast iron, it holds heat really well which will give your bread some of the best crispy crust. It also is very easy to clean as long as you keep it seasoned, which is very important. The size is small. It holds a 1-2 lb loaf, which is an average sized loaf. I really like the domed lid. This will allow your bread to expand fully. It is not heavy at all, which is great for me. I never liked baking my bread in the traditional Dutch ovens because they were just too heavy, but this bread oven is much easier to lift in and out of the hot oven. The color matches the rest of my pots and pans perfectly, so I was so excited that it comes in this creamy beige color. I know that with continued use it will start to show signs of discoloration and wear, but that doesn’t bother me and I think it is a good sign…it means you bake great bread. This is a great bread oven and the value for the money, I mean what more can you ask for. It’s amazing and I’m sure you’ll love it just as much as I do.

Enameled cast iron bread pan.
The media could not be loaded.
The size of this pan is a bit smaller than a store bought loaf of bread, but the fit, finish and overall quality of the pan is excellent. It is heavy, and the enamel exterior coating is thick. The white enamel goes good with our kitchen. Heat distribution when cooking seems good. Overall, a great little loaf pan.
I purchased this Cast iron Dutch Oven (bread Cloche) for my wife's bread making hobby. What I likeIt is a little smaller than her standard 5 Qt round Dutch oven. So, it makes a little smaller loaf. The pot is also lighter to lift at 8.7 pounds (Split 4.71 Bot - 3.99 top). Our larger pots are > 10-12 pounds total. The two side handles are large and easy to hold. While the top knob stands tall so that you can grab it with a padded glove or standard potholder.I like the overall shape which encourages oblong loafs instead of round. This smaller, oblong shape is a nice change when making sandwiches, toast or just filling a breadbasket. The Cloche design (larger dome than bottom section) typically supplies a crispier crust. We're happy with this smaller Dutch oven It has a high-quality look to it and the enamel coating is smooth and even. One unusual aspect is the Black colored enamel used on the internal surfaces. This does make the pot darker inside but its' not so bad with the shallow bottom section used in the Cloche design and I don't think it's as pretty. On the positive side, scratches and even nicks and chips will be nearly invisible as the black coating nearly matches the color of the native cast iron. So, far the pot performs as expected. We've never used a pan with this shape so it's kind of cool to have different shaped slices in our breadbasket - a little variety. The loaves are also smaller which allows us to cook various types of bread without filling up the freezer. And of course, picking up the small, lighter pot is a pleasure. If you're looking for a second Dutch Oven. This might be one to consider, it's lighter, and makes a smaller loaf that is oblong shaped. It cooks very well and creates a tasty, nice-looking loaf. Recommended.

Good quality for smaller loaves
I was pleasantly surprised at how heavy this cast iron dutch oven is! It's high quality and will bake many great loaves for a long time to come. However, it's smaller than expected. I don't see 2 pounds of dough fitting inside as advertised unless it ends up being a very compact loaf which defeats the purpose of a Dutch oven. If you're looking for a great oven for 1 pound loaves, this is a great buy.

Beautifully made and bakes like a dream
Heavy, solid, and gorgeous right out of the box. This oval cast iron oven holds heat perfectly and gives my sourdough great rise and crust. The steam-circulating lid really works—no need for extra tricks. Worth every bit of counter space.
★★★★★
A nice small oven good for beginners
I just started my bread baking journey, and I don't make a lot of bread. This is a nice dutch oven, perfect for small loves. I will say that it is smaller than it looks in the description, though. It's fairly easy to clean and non-stick. Just wipe it out really well with a clean cloth and rinse it well. For the price, it's reasonable for making small loaves when you're a beginner. It's lighter than my other dutch oven, and that's important for people with limited mobility or grip issues.

just buy it if you like to host , buy more then one tray as the shrimp go fast
I love this thing its great for doing up shrimp i suggest buying two as each holds 22 shrimp , its great with the included silicone trivet to put on the table and serve from as it keep them warm for much longer then just plating them which has always been an issue without this .this is also great if you like bacon wrapped shrimp without having to use toothpicksit can be a bit of a pain to clean the first few times until you get a good season but if that's an issue you can just oil and oven season it a few times before use.its a good size and weight and it fits in my toaster oven as well to preheat an dry after washing

Produces perfectly cooked shrimp
Easy way to cook shrimp perfectly. Also fits perfectly in a Breville toaster oven.Another reviewer gave her recipe: Preheat pan at 400 for 5-6 minutes, add shrimp and broil for 4 minutes. This produces the perfect texture for large to jumbo shrimp.I defrost 22 shrimp in salted water, drain, dry, then add Old Bay seasoning. Melt 3 tablespoons butter in the microwave, add 1-2 minced garlic cloves, then pour over shrimp after they’re in the pan.No more rubbery shrimp.

Cast iron shrimp pan review
I now have purchased two of these, and absolutely love them. The pan heats up well and maintains an even temperature. I have used them in the oven and in my campchef pizza oven, and both turned out great. I would recommend this product to anyone who likes to cook with cast iron.

Cleaning Is a Nightmare
It is a great product as you cook the shrimp. But the clean up is a nightmare. We used it three times and after that it simply was not ever going to be clean enough to use again no matter how hard I scrubbed. Cannot recommend.

Cooks shrimp very well
I'm a huge cast iron fan and always cook with cast iron as much as possible. I typically only buy specific name brand cast iron (Lodge, Wagner). Lodge doesn't make a grill pan like this. Decided to try out this grill pan for cooking shrimp. This grill pan looks very well made and did not have any casting imperfections. It came pre-seasoned but I always season any cast iron myself prior to using. I cooked my shrimp different from the instructions provided. I filled each individual space with olive oil up to where the oil could flow over into each space (while pan was cold). Melted 3/4 stick of butter in sauce pan and poured some into each space. Sprinkled seasoning (Old Bay) on the shrimp. Placed shrimp into pan. Placed on grill and cooked until done. It doesn't take long to cook the shrimp and you don't have to turn the shrimp. I place grill pan directly onto table (on a trivet) for serving. Keeps other shrimp warm while eating. So far, I have cooked shrimp in this pan 2 times. It is much better than cooking in a larger pan and having to turn each shrimp. Very happy with how shrimp are cooked in this grill pan, plus I added another piece of cast iron to my collection!Cleaing: it is a little difficult to clean this pan (using oil and butter as I have). I use dawn dish liquid and let it soak about 10 min. I use a brush to clean out as much as possible (I'm going to look for a longer bristle brush). Then, I use a dishcloth and index finger to clean out each space. This pan is also difficult to dry, so I place on stove top to slightly heat up until water evaporates. Then, I place a light coating of vegetable oil all over inside/outside of pan to protect until next use.

Grilled shrimp made easy, with a learning curve
I love shrimp—who doesn’t—and I’m always looking for different preparations both in the house and on the grill. I looked around and found the TOMO Cast Iron Grill Pan and I’ve been pleasantly surprised by its performance. It performs well on the grill and in the oven, but there’s a little bit of finessing to hit on perfectly cooked shrimp. The pan is well-constructed and quite heavy, as cast iron should be. The shrimp fit neatly into the slots and it’s easy to cook off larger batches with 22 slots. The pan comes pre-seasoned which kept shrimp from sticking without any further seasoning. I have seasoned it once in the last four months and it is holding up well. Warm soap and water cleans it and I have a chain mail scrubber for anything that gets baked on.The pan heats very evenly, especially in an oven with no hot spots. The key, especially with delicate proteins like shrimp, is to keep a close eye on them to avoid overcooking. I’ve found that with shrimp, a couple of minutes once the pan is hot (425-450F) does the trick. I get a nice char even in the oven, but I really love the smokiness from being on the grill. I have also cooked jalapeño poppers, asparagus, and peppers, and have gotten great results. The TOMO Grill Pan has earned a spot in my kitchen rotation. It took a couple tries to get the perfect sear and correct temperature, but that was delicious experimentation.

Delicious way to cook shrimp
My husband and I eat a lot of seafood, shrimp being one of the main ones, and this grill pan is awesome! Super easy to use and the shrimp come out perfect every time. Depending on the sauce you use, cleaning the pan can be a little bit of work, but it's worth it.

Quality Cast Iron Shrimp Pan
It was my first time using a pan like this, and the experience was great! The pan comes pre-seasoned and ready to use. I like that it cooks the shrimp evenly without having to turn. I have used this pan in my oven and BBQ grill, and both worked great. It also came with a silicone mat, which was a great addition.
★★★★★
Works better than expected, well-made, heavy duty
The old way to cook shrimp was to lay then one a baking sheet on their side. The turn them over once or more. This shrimp eliminate any steps between placing in the over and then taking out the cooked shrimp. Since each shrimp is in it own little enclosure the basting stays put and the shrimp seems to have a more infused flavor. It also cooks a little faster since the heat surrounds the shrimp. Clean up was easy.
★★★★★
Love this
This heavy cast iron pan is very nice. We are shrimp lovers and love it grilled. This makes it possible to grill shrimp perfectly without having to thread it on skewers and risk shrimp following down in the coals or gas burners. The cups are the perfect size for large shrimp and have enough room for a bit of marinade or sauce to add to them. Anyone who makes a lot of shrimp will want to pick up this pan. It comes seasoned, but is easy to clean and reseason for its next use.

Great quality cast iron casting, results are very tastey
I believe these cast iron shrimp pans are a newish thing, I had never seen them before. I enjoy cooking and when I saw this and thought I would give it a try.i have a ton of Lodge cast iron. This thing looks to be as well cast as my Lodge cookware. The casting is crisp and substantial. Using it is very easy. I tried it in my oven because the weather is getting too cold to BBQ. I heat the pan in the oven at 400 for about 25 minutes, an infrared thermometer read 375. I added some olive oil, garlic and dry Marsala, let it heat up then added the shrimp. They were done in minutes. I used 16-20 shrimp (16 to 20 shrimp per pound) they fit well. I am looking forward to trying it on the BBQ.
★★★★★
Great on the grill
It comes pre-seasoned and includes instructions on how to care for the pan. I've already got a chain-mail scrubber, so I'm good to go in the cleaning area. It does a good job on the shrimp, but I wouldn't let them hang out in the pan for too long, carry-over cooking can easily turn good shrimp into rubber. But the shrimp you make in this pan won't last long anyway - they smell delicious!
★★★★☆
Impressive
I am very picky about my cast iron, so when I got this I was skeptical. However, it is a nice addition to my arsenal. The box says it comes preaseasoned and it does, but it still requires more. The pan is heavy, and washes easily. It heated up nicely and the shrimp were delicious! My shrimp were smalled than the individual holes, but I flipped them mid-cook to have a good sear on all sides. Honestly, I didn't know there was a Shrimp cast iron grill pan, but I am sure glad I found this one.

Color is off, the mugs are okay.
I'm desperately trying to find mugs similar to the ones I got at heb a few years back. I knew these were smaller than the 16oz, but the handle is still a decent size and fairly comfortable. Unfortunately the blue color is pretty far off from the photos and even though they are smaller they are a good bit heavier than the ones I have now.

Excellent quality
Excellent quality! The handle is quite thick but it feels very sturdy in hand and fits well in the hand. The color very nice, would go easily with a lot of decor. Retains temp about the same as other cups. At $24 for 2 cups, I feel this is good value for quality cups. I highly recommend.

They feel and look great
I like how these cups look, how they feel, how the handle keeps cool with hot liquid. The colors give them a homie feel. First thing I wanted to do was make some hot chocolate for these. The bottom is rougher. The inside and top is smooth. It feels like they are made of ceramic which would make them very durable. It gives them a lighter feel than glass. They just feel like home. Each one holds 400mL or 1 3/4 cups of liquid. Regular coffee mug size.

The modern design and matte finish give them a classy look that goes with everything in my kitchen. The mugs are thick and well made; They hold heat well, so my drink stays warmer longer than with my old thin mugs. Cleaning is easy too they’ve gone through the dishwasher with no fading or staining.I also appreciate that they come as a set of 2 great value and perfect for sharing a drink with a friend or partner. Overall, these are now my go-to mugs and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable everyday cup with a modern touch.

These mugs are sturdy, but also a heavier than a standard mug. It would be magical if a cover came with it to help my coffee to stay cold (it doesn't). I am looking forward to adding my name on it to use as a decorative addition because of the beauty and luster of the stone's gradient appearance. I like the mugs are 12 ounces in size.

Premium-looking stoneware mugs that are sturdy but not heavy and perfect for everyday coffee.
I’ve been using these TOMO mugs daily for coffee and tea, and they feel really sturdy with a comfortable, roomy handle. Even though they’re stoneware, they don’t feel too heavy at all. They keep my drink warm longer and look so premium in person. For long-term use, I avoid the microwave and dishwasher to keep them looking new.

Very Nice Quality Mugs
This set of two mugs is a great value, the quality of the mugs is excellent. They are made of a very sturdy stoneware and are tick and feel solid in the hands. I like the design which is a classic two tone earthy brown and they look to have a glaze on them which is just the slightest bit shiny. The mug is 12 ounces which is a good size without being too bulky to carry around. The handle is comfortable and stays cool to the touch. They also clean easily, I’ve been using them nonstop, a great gift too- as they come nicely boxed. Excellent!

Cute and functional, good price too
These mugs are super cute! With fragiles like ceramic it’s always a worry if things will break in shipping but these were packaged well and they arrived without any damage, and the box was actually cute too and would be great and easy to wrap if gifting. They feel very nice in your hands and have a unique look. I love that they are handmade and they are a good price too. They are dishwasher and microwave safe and the color is true to the photos. I tried one yesterday with my tea and it worked great, easy to drink out of and comfortable to hold. The handle is very thick, and so is the mug itself so it doesn’t get too hot from the outside which makes it easier to grab onto even straight out of the microwave. Not only are they very functional, but they look great. Would highly recommend as a gift or for yourself!

Very comfortable handle and looks nice.
These mugs come in a set of two which is great. As soon as I received them, I made myself a cup of coffee. I was not disappointed in this cup. I noticed the handle was very comfortable and easy to grip. Also, the handle stayed cool when the rest of the cup was hot. The coffee seemed to stay hotter in this cup than in most ceramic cups. I really like the two-tone earthy color. It holds up to 12 oz. Just large enough for my first cup of coffee in the morning.

Excellent mug offers comfort and right size
These mugs met my expectations. The handle was large enough and comfortable. The size of the mug was ample but not huge. All in all, it was very comfortable to drink out of. I won't comment on how attractive they are or aren't because that relates to the individual's tastes but it looks exactly like the photo.

Microwaveable is big plus!
I love the tan color-it has a very country feel to it. The size is perfect for a fresh cup of coffee. The handle is large enough for a really good grip. The weight is perfect-heavy enough not to fall on its own but easy to carry around. I, personally, am not a fan of "stone" textures, but as long as I don't touch the outside bottom of the mug, it's all good! The quality of these mugs is great. The whole family fights over who gets the next turn!

Cute, Sturdy Mug Set
My boyfriend loved these the second they arrived. They have a really nice weight to them, substantial without feeling overly heavy. They feel durable and well-made.They’ve already withstood being knocked around in the sink as we stack dishes throughout the day before doing them in the evening, and they’ve held up great. The color matches the pictures perfectly, and the warm tone is really pretty in person.I also love that they come as a set of two. It feels a little more “couple-y,” which is sweet and surprisingly hard to come by sometimes. It makes simple things like morning coffee feel a bit more special. The thickness helps keep drinks warmer a little longer, and when I use them for ice cream, it doesn’t melt quite as quickly. It’s not a thermal mug of course, but the insulation from the thicker ceramic is a nice bonus.Overall, these are great quality for the money and a very cute, practical addition to the kitchen.

They look great on the shelf and on the table. The modern design is clean without being trendy or overly styled. Each mug has slight natural variations in the glaze which gives them a handmade quality feel.Solid weight to them too. They feel substantial, not thin or fragile. Comfortable handle. The handle is comfortable and easy to grip (even my husband with larger hands likes the handle size), they are very sturdy and well made. The are 12 oz which is a perfect size for a quick morning coffee, or a nice mug of hot cocoa. Gorgeous, classy mugs
Compared to typical ceramic mugs, the Tomo stoneware mugs stand out. They're truly beautiful. The color scheme is attractive, they're comfortable to hold without being overly heavy, and the finish is smooth inside and out. While they will hold 12 ounces if filled to the brim, you'll be safer using them for hot beverages of 10-11 ounces or less. You can put them in a microwave to heat water for tea or instant coffee, as well as heat up a beverage if it cools off. However, because of the mug's composition, it takes longer to heat than typical mugs. On the other hand, its smooth bottom pairs extremely well with electric mug warmers. Recommended.

A Substantial Mug That Feels Nice in Your Hand
If you like the look and feel of stoneware, you will like these Tomo mugs. The lightly speckled interior and top of the exterior give them a tasteful rustic look. The bottom 1-1/4” is of a darker brown color and is also finished differently. Whereas the top section features a very smooth glazed finish, this bottom portion has a finish that has a less glazed texture sort of like a clay pot. This gives the mug a unique feel in your hand. The rim features this darker accent color and texture, although it is more heavily glazed like the rest of the top section. This slight texture of the rim seemed odd at first, but I got used to it fairly quickly. The handle is quite substantial and easy to grip. At 12 ounces, this is a medium-sized mug. These are excellent stoneware coffee mugs.

Great quality mugs for your warm drinks!
These quality mugs are beautiful and wonderful to drink from. The handle makes it easy to grab and hold - they are comforting with a warm cup of coffee or hot chocolate after coming in from the cold. They arrived carefully packaged in perfect condition. They recommend hand washing to keep them nice longer, although they are dishwasher safe. They are so easy to wash that I will likely just handwash them to preserve their beauty for years to come. I really love these mugs, and they will be my go-to mugs for my breakfast coffee.
★★★★★
Very nice quality mugs!
These mugs are really nice quality stoneware mugs, heavyweight, solid and good looking. They hold heat very well for quite a long time for your coffee's and teas. I would wash by hand to preserve the high quality for the longest time, but it is dishwasher safe. I like the optional colors available. They are really great mugs... Highly Recommended, in the color of your choice.
★★★★★
Superior Style and Function, Durability
I like these mugs more than I expected to. The color is warm and rich, and I like the contrast between the upper, light brown portion that's smooth and velvety feeling and the bottom portion that's a darker brown, rougher stoneware feel. Am I the only one who pictures my favorite beverage in a mug before buying it? Well, rest assured that coffee, tea and especially dressed up cocoa look spectacular in these mugs. The thick, substantial handles feel good to grip, and the mug has a nice balanced overall weightiness to it. The smooth glazed interior is easy clean, and handwashing is recommended, though I put them through my dishwasher just fine. The thickness of the mug itself holds heat well. There's a reason I gave these 5 stars; I like everything about them.

Thoughtful packaging & attractive design
I have been battling with my stainless utensil holder for a while. I have smaller spatulas I use all the time and don't want to put in a drawer, and I have things like potato mashers which don't fit nicely in my drawers due to their irregular shapes. I had never considered getting cannisters to segregate the tools, so this struck me as brilliant! The package arrived super quickly, the packaging was SO WELL DONE guys! I was nervous because there was a lot of shifting in the amazon box, but that was not shifting of the cannisters. The box there were actually packaged in had the cannisters nested with each part cushioned with a good amount of packing material. They arrived in perfect condition. I love the subtle speckling of the cannisters, it gives them just enough texture. The bottoms are nice and thick but since they are ceramic, it is possible to drop something heavy enough to crack it (like a meat cleaver), but I don't think anything I will be storing in these would meet that weight threshold.I am so happy with this set, its neutral and will look good with any color pallet and looks like it's durable enough to last for a long time! On the whole, this $30 set is more than what I would be willing to pay yet the quality of material tells me this is worth the money, I wish they would sell the pieces individually for slightly lower price.
★★★★★
Versatile. Clean. And elegant
I love the way this product looks.Ceramic with gloss elevates the look.Very versatile. I can’t use it for cooking utensils or flowers.Definitely recommend

High quality gorgeous ceramic vessels, perfect utensil holder
These ceramic utensil holders are absolutely perfect. I really can't understand how a kitchen can properly function without a vessel like this right by the stovetop for the cook to grab whatever they need when they need it.I am dedicated to my hobby of cooking, and for my kitchen the large utensil holder is the -perfect- size. I put a few of my essential utensils in it for the photograph, though in reality I keep quite a few additional ones on hand that go in there (just didn't make for a great photograph). I haven't found the perfect use for the smaller utensil holder yet, but I trust that I will. Most importantly these are high quality ceramics. The base is perfectly flat, which will increase friction at the base and make it more stable. The walls of the vessels are thick enough to be durable and have a good weight to them, without being overly thick or crude. The glazing is also particularly good, with a nice white with flecks in it that both add interest, but I will guess will also help keep appearances up between cleanings.I'm not sure what more you could ask for in a ceramic utensil holder. These seem just about perfect.

Great quality
Wow, I have to say these are great quality and look better in person than what the picture shows. They have a nice elegant look. I had a drawer overflowing of cooking items. I was finally able to free up so much space. Because the holder is so stunning it even makes my counter look good! High quality item!

Nicely designed utensil holders
We had an over stacked large utensil holder that needed to be replaced and this set of 2 was the perfect choice. Sleek in their design, the larger of the two now holds the spatula's, beater, etc, while the smaller holds the spoons and smaller spatula's. Very pleased with it's look on our counter.

Tomo Utensil Holder Set
These are heavy, good quality utensil holders. The price ($29.99) is great especially for the product you receive. The only con I have for them is that the speckled pattern is inconsistent and there are some damaged spots on the set I received. There are large patches without any speckled spots. Almost half the large one is completely white but I was thinking I would rotate the plain side to the back and have the speckled side face out but unfortunately there are some imperfections on that side. This may not be a problem for some, but wanted to mention it because a major reason I ordered these for the pattern. Aside from the issue with the pattern and imperfections I don’t have any other issues. They were packed well and arrived quickly.

Simply beautiful. They are a nice thick ceramic container, and would look great in anyone’s home. Great size, fits all the cooking utensils I use.

Ceramic utensils holder
Great quality ceramic utensils holder to style my kitchen. Its adds a modern touch to my kitchen and I love it.
★★★★★
Stylish and functional
Lovely set of two utensil canisters in a heavy ceramic modern design. The top lip of both canisters waves up and down, helping to expose the shorter utensils that tend to hide in deeper utensil holders. They look fantastic on quartz counters against any color of tile background. If you have farmhouse, modern farmhouse, transitional, or even mid-century decor, these utensil holders will work beautifully.I like: The size and weight of these utensil holders, combined with the design for my transitinal to modern decor.I dislike: That there are only two pieces to the set, I would have preferred three pieces.Would I buy? Absolutely. Such great functional pieces.

Solid and Large Organizers
I've been looking to replace my stock kitchen utensil organizer eventually. It was one of those cheap ones that they stuff all the utensils in to sell it to you, but it will never fit that nicely again once you start using them. This set of 2 though, extremely nice not only in design but in the quality feel, weight, and dimensions of them. The small one is great for little kitchen utensils (peeler, small pastry brush, egg scoop, etc..), and the large one is big enough to hold a lot of the most commonly used cooking utensils with space to spare. If you love cooking and have a lot of cooking utensils in drawers or laying around, get 1 or 2 of these and say goodbye to a mess, and say hello to a nice looking organized design!

Heavy - Highly Recommend
This set of 2 ceramic kitchen utensil organizers is great. Both the large and small crocks are beautifully made and have a nice, heavy weight to them, which helps prevent accidental tipping. The design is stylish and complements my kitchen decor perfectly. They’re practical and attractive, making them a great addition to any kitchen.

We really like it
We’ e been looking for something like this container. Must were not the right style or color. It this one is perfect. It’s built solid and the curved top looks nice. The big surprise is as the size difference. The smaller one is significantly smaller. It’s like a kid size. We do t even use the smaller one yet because we have t figured out what to put in it. The small o e seems like it should be a pen holder but it’s a little too tall for that. However the large one is a very good size. We put our stainless steel spatulas and it’s perfect for that. We’re happy!

Very Nice Indeed!
In our kitchen of the home we are renting out to boomer ladies, we want the kitchen to look wonderful and inviting. So we are "doing it in white." These utensil holders fit the bill and look very nice on the counter. They are well made and easy to clean. A great buy! And they can fit in with any color, not just white.

A Great Addition to My Kitchen!
This set of utensil holders is absolutely perfect for my kitchen! The ceramic is impressively durable and looks incredibly stylish on my countertop. The larger holder is perfect for larger utensils like spatula, while the smaller one is ideal for smaller items.I love how these holders keep my kitchen counter organized and tidy.

Handy storage
We have a cooking utensil drawer where we normally store everything, but I wanted to free up that drawer and make the utensils easier to access near the stove. This set of organizers is exactly what we were looking for.The style is very nice, and they appear to be well crafted. I love the wave design at the opening. We fit most of our utensils in the larger organizer, while the smaller one holds a few cooking and measuring spoons.I really enjoy having my utensils in these organizers; it's far more convenient than keeping them in a drawer.

So much nicer and more functional than I expected!
The TOMO Utensil Holders - Set of 2 - Large and Small Ceramic Kitchen Utensil Organizer - Cooking Utensil Crocks for Kitchen Counter is SO well made but looks great on my counter. Love the color and was completely not expecting how big the larger size was! I love this set!One holds my whisk perfectly and the other was actually large enough and deep enough to hold utensils that I use the most and freed up some much needed drawer space in my kitchen!Great value and I’m saving the link to order more as house warming and wedding shower gifts! The best set I’ve seen yet!

Great set
If you have an over abundance of utensils these are for you. Nice heavy weight ceramic and lots of room especially in the larger of the two. I’m able to put my cooking utensils like flipping spatulas, large spoons, tongs, potato masher etc in the large one and my baking utensils like rubber spatulas, whisks and wooden spoons in the smaller one. These are really great and I recommend.

Very attractive organizers
These are solid, good-looking utensil holders. I thought the small one was going to be a little too small at first but it actually holds several items with no problems. The big one is very generously sized and holds many utensils - I currently have a big whisk, 3 large slotted spoons, and a spatula in it with room to spare. Up close, both holders have a lovely speckled texture in the glazing. Overall, I like these a lot!
